We were traveling to Jacksonville to spend Christmas as a family. Communication was really lacking. First time at the buffet, but it was well cooked and it had great variety. I was devastated to make reservations and the find out the only place to eat was the bar area. Ended up seated next to the window overlooking a rooftop and next to the service stand.
