Pots and pans need to be replaced. Hello Dorothy, Thank you for leaving us a review. The only thing we wished was better was the size of the swimming pool. We had 16 women stay in it for our tennis state championships and no one wanted to leave. All bedrooms were exceptional and the house as a whole has everything you could possibly want. Meet our needs. Photo copies of both the reservation holder's Drivers License and Credit Card will be required. Very responsive and helpful , staying in touch with me every step. BBQ needs some work, would take forever to bbq burgers or even hot dogs, not much of a flame or heat. Wonderful area of the island. Could not have enjoyed it more! We would come back in a heartbeat!! The beach was perfect- nice and wide at low tide but still plenty of room at high tide. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this house to others. While we had our issues with the house the location and decor were good. We were steps to the beach which was ideal for our group of beach bums and fishermen.

To enhance your vacation experience, Vacation Homes of Hilton Head includes our signature Southern Hospitality Pass, which means all of the above activities are FREE. Multiple tries were needed to start. We have already booked again for next year and will be staying in the same house 27 singleton. Gas Stove ticks and won't light on several occasions. Our family has been traveling to HHI since our 1st sons were 4 and 5. Hi David, thank you so much for your feedback! 18 of us loved this home, the location was great minutes from the grocery store, the kids enjoyed the house and pool. That made it doubly disappointing when I called to book again for next year and found the price had increased $2,000 for the same early September time. Great place and fit our needs. She swept and wiped down the staircase but it had little effect. In times like this we expected an improved level of cleanliness, but what we found upon arrival was not acceptable at any time.
But we had an amazing week! Everyone remarked on the comfort of the beds. We are a family of 10 visiting from Ohio. The property was awesome only 2 doors down from CoCo's beach bar. (2) The ignition on the gas stove still needs attention as it keeps trying to ignite and that snapping noise is irksome when you are trying to cook. The staff was helpful and responsive about the maintenance issues we called in on Monday morning. We hope to have you again in the future. I That being said the house was very accessible for someone in a wheelchair because there are no steps on the first floor so the bedroom, kitchen, living room, porch, and pool are all on the same level.
We plan to rent again. I think there needs to be more dish towels in the kitchen, the tv in the kitchen wouldn't work, and I think having 2 large garbage bins that we could put right in the kitchen for bottles and garbage would be helpful. We are happy that you enjoyed the home and our management team strives to be as responsive and proactive as possible so this is great to hear. With 18 in this house we never felt crowded or on top of each other.
Please always be sure to call upon your arrival if the home is not up to par so that we can address it right away. Both had moldy coffee grounds in them. We would definitely stay there again. If you were missing a dustpan, you could have called us and we would have had someone deliver one for you. And not sure if there is a way to change the security system but the door chime is really difficult with little ones. We hope to see you soon for your next visit!
The kitchen had almost everything we needed, except wine glasses, and maybe smaller cups for the little ones. We hope to see you again next year! We have forwarded this information to the property manager of the home and will have everything taken care of. The home was very clean and the bathrooms were beautiful. The property was really nice. It never came on the whole week we were there. The bathrooms are unbelievable.

Whole family really enjoyed this home. House is beautiful. My only suggestion would be we could have used more soap, TP and a dustpan since we were suppose to sweep.
This house is fabulous! (1 pass for each activity per group, passes expire daily. Amazing ocean views. We have looped in the property manager regarding the issue with the grill. The water temp for both was great. Every room was very spacious and the furniture was first class! Having two dishwashers and an ice machine in the house was nice since we had a group of 11. We are happy to hear that everyone enjoyed their stay and that the layout worked well for your entire group. The beach was right out our door and the pool and pool deck were a little small but certainly a great place to hang out! Great house as always. We are happy to hear that you and your family had a great time here in Hilton Head! We appreciated that there was seating for everyone in the great room and around the table. Our group of 10 has plenty of room and everything is beautiful. While we were there the sink was leaking and the property manager had it fixed immediately! Please contact us for questions regarding coverage and to purchase a protection plan. the few problems we encountered were taken care og immediately. As we are approaching off season and things are slowing down; we are getting into all properties making repairs and doing deep cleans to maintain the quality of our homes. It was a great stay. One suggestion is a broom and a dust panwe struggled a little trying to keep clean through the week. We have made work orders and have begun addressing all issues you mentioned with help from our Facilities Manager as well as the Owner. Asked for property to be cleaned during the week since it was a mess when we arrived, two cleaners showed up with no heads up at 6 pm on Sunday coming to clean only the exact things I mentioned in an email - some of which we had already taken care of. We had 4 families in this home for spring break for a week. The rental company was fabulous- responded promptly to our every need. (4) The jacuzzi soaker tub in the 2nd-floor master needs cleaning attention. Great setup on the main level (kitchen, dining room and living room) to accommodate large groups. The house is absolutely beautiful and literally just steps from the ocean. My family of 9 stayed in this house. We can't wait to have you again! We are so happy you enjoyed our home. POOL HEAT: The pool can be heated for an additional $500/ week. We are happy that we could be of assistance and we hope to have you all again soon! We would love to have you all again on your next visit to Hilton Head! If you called us, we would have had these issues resolved during your stay. While the tub is clean, if you turn on the jets, the water will be filled with black debris from each nozzle. The house had everything we needed to make for an absolutely amazing week. We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for over 20 years and have found this location best. However, for a luxury rental we expected a better solution. The garage could fit six cars, with two more on the driveway. Bathrooms are fabulous. The house is big to say the least and decorated a simple elegance. House is gorgeous. Thanks again for all of your feedback and we can't wait to have you again! The pool and deck provided hours of fun. We love the views from this home just as much as you do, Gabrielle! The house was well appointed and everything was perfect except the sink in the half bath didn't work all week. Would recommend the house and this area to others. Also close to shopping options. We hope to see you soon for your next visit! This did not negatively affect our stay because with the ocean so close we were at the beach all day. It is a public beach so a little more busy than we are used to, but we had plenty of space and it was so wonderful to walk 10 steps and be at the beach. Otherwise, the location and everything else was great! I am sorry for the inconvenience of this issue. Cant wait to be back again! The decor is modern and the beds were so comfortable. A new grill; and this one is big enough for large families sadly, it was too windy for us to grill. But bring spices (even salt) and paper towels/napkins. (5) Label the light switches just to help. During the week we spent several hours wiping down surfaces and vacuuming floors. Bathroom fixtures are loose/coming out of walls.

We are very sorry about the experience you had and do hope you will give us here at VHHH another try. Again all these things are small and didn't affect our vacation at all I just wanted to give a detailed review. Not to discourage renting this unit, but to help management address issues that could improve the enjoyment of the house, here are a few small items that deserve attention. The home design layout is ideal for such a gathering. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay and that Brittany was so helpful! The house sits on a beautiful, clean beach, and a private area.
