The restaurants motto, If you are what you eat, you are awesome may describe in part why New Mexicans are fiercely loyal to Lotaburger. Every so often there will be a miscommunication, but that is unavoidable. Love the grilled onions, and of course the cripsy lettuce and juicy tomatoes and crunchy picklesin my opinion the toppings are the star of this show. Bobs offers a different taste, and a person wants to try theirs ever so often, but you can get a Blakes burger as fast as a McDs most of the time, and especially if you call ahead. My go to order: Green Chile Lotaburger with 2 whole jalapeos, seasoned fries and a vanilla shakeuntil 2008. Their burritos are no longer the bomb. Continuously and chronically short staffed.
