The restaurants motto, If you are what you eat, you are awesome may describe in part why New Mexicans are fiercely loyal to Lotaburger. Since 1995, Ive been in the boonies of NW Wisconsin, and I am jonesing badly for some real chilebut I want a Lotaburger even more! Every so often there will be a miscommunication, but that is unavoidable. Love the grilled onions, and of course the cripsy lettuce and juicy tomatoes and crunchy picklesin my opinion the toppings are the star of this show. He and I usually agree (although he expresses himself much better) when it comes to Albuquerque establishments. Undercooked bacon. And everyone blames each other. Get back to the original beef!!! First of all you have to struggle to make there demands by cooking foods and cleaning mostly just upkeep and other duties calling out orders and most of the time either the co workers would be sneaky or the managers would be shady as well cause there is always something wrong what I did!!! . Lotaburger also serves some of the best French fries in town, offering both the standard thin cut tuber and a seasoned variety with a double-fried texture and taste. Bobs offers a different taste, and a person wants to try theirs ever so often, but you can get a Blakes burger as fast as a McDs most of the time, and especially if you call ahead. My go to order: Green Chile Lotaburger with 2 whole jalapeos, seasoned fries and a vanilla shakeuntil 2008. Their burritos are no longer the bomb. Continuously and chronically short staffed. No actual career advancement, lack of hours, Great pay, your paid for every minute you work unlike other companies where salary managers are exempt and your paid for 50 hut work 65 to 70 hours a week, Great pay, 50% discount for crew meals, 100% manager meals, Pay is good management is horrible from the VP down to GM.
