Simplest thing to do is to wire it in directly to your router though this could be a difficult task depending on the location of your router and inverter. It will appearthat no production is being made because the communication board is what is affected by this lock up and therefore it is not registering the production. Other options are to use WiFi range extenders to get ethernet to the inverter (wifi sometimes less of an issue). You can see if that fixes it. If you see the withdrawal is successfully processed and don't get it in your bank/paypal, contact the app developers / support.
