It was entirely the company's choice to deny us the purchased service. I purchased a bus ticket from Jefferson Lines for my son to travel from the ***********************-*********** to our home in *******, ********* on April 12, 2022.
Our son needed to be in ******* by the evening of the 12th and since there were no other buses running that day, we had no choice but to drive to ***********, pick him up and transport him to ******* ourselves, a significant inconvenience not to mention an additional expense. Here I am again standing here in -11 degrees weather and the bus did not show up again so Im basically stuck in *********** *********! He was at the designated bus stop waiting for the coach that was scheduled to depart the * of M campus at 10:40 a.m. A voicemail time stamped at 10:10 a.m. was left on the landline telephone in our home in ******* saying that day's route had been cancelled, without any explanation for the cancellation of service. But in this case, the scheduled bus service was cancelled through no fault of ours.
Jefferson Lines may be within its legal rights to refuse to refund our fare, but the company's conduct in this instance is inconsiderate and unethical.The scheduled route in question is JL **** and the confirmation number for our ticket purchase is **********.

This bus line is robbing individuals of their money I booked a ticket on December 24th because I was told that a bus will be arriving in *********** ** so I sat outside for 3 hours and the bus did not arrive, I called the customer service for a refund and I was denied I also asked to transfer the ticket to another day and I had to pay 20$.
